Welcome to the 2011 Alpha Epsilon Pi Southern Regional Conclave Registration page! Registration is a two-step process, and both parts must be completed in order for you to be fully registered. In the first step, you'll be giving us your contact information and other necessary information. In the second step, you'll be paying your registration fee. If you have any questions, please contact Ron Barhai.
To pay for Conclave, you'll be using the WePay service. Our chapter has set up an account that will receive your payment. Before you pay, be sure to check with your chapter's Conclave coordinator to see if you're required to pay for your individual registration fee, or if your chapter will be paying the lump-sum amount for all its members.

All rooms are booked under Alpha Epsilon Pi, or AEPi.
Rooms are $89 at both hotels, and can accomodate up to 4 people.
The Philanthropy
This year, brothers are encouraged to bring old or unused shirts that their chapter made, and sell them to other brothers from other chapters. The money made from the sale of these tshirts will be donated to a national philanthropy.
